Columbia Summit was originally acquired in 2007 as part of AGM’s broader Eastside Washington retail strategy. Since then, the shopping center has delivered consistent cash flow and long-term stability within AGM's income portfolio.

In the years that followed, AGM’s syndication team strategically expanded holdings in the region, acquiring two additional mixed-use and retail centers east of the Cascades. Through targeted repositioning, AGM secured tenancy with a mix of high-performing national and regional tenants—including:
