Since our original expansion strategy, AGM’s syndication team acquired two retail/mixed-use properties on the eastside of the Cascades totaling 200,000 SF on over 10 acres.After success securing new tenancies with national and regional companies like Planet Fitness, Honey-Baked Ham, ColorTile, and Dutch Bros. Coffee, and after having completed park improvements, we determined each center should be sold, with Columbia Summit transacting most recently.
